Operations Manager - Manchester

Boutique Exec Search firm is seeking an Operations Manager for immediate start.


This role supports the consulting team across a wide range of business processes and has full ownership of several key functions


The role is specifically designed to increase efficiency and accuracy and facilitate the further success of the business.


Responsibilities:


  • Optimisation and effectiveness of processes
  • Building out systems processes, onboarding and career pathways
  • Database administration and optimisation
  • Administration and management of the company website and content
  • Interface between all external providers (IT, Web, Legal etc.)
  • Project based admin duties
  • Management of onboarding candidates
  • Financial management through analysis data driven trends and tactical expenditure
  • Managing marketing
  • Managing Talent Acquisition
  • Support the sales team to create sales related content


Required skills:


• Experience of working in a recruitment setting

• Ability to manage a variety of tasks at any given time & exceptional organisational skills

• Work quickly and efficiently

• Strong communication skills, with an understanding of how to influence people and situations from both a written and verbal perspective

• Degree desired, not essential
