A Legal 500 firm in Surrey is looking for a Childcare Solicitor to join its childcare team.


You will be working for a leading practice, renowned for providing exceptional legal services in children matters.


You will be supported with flexible working, good remuneration and the chance to develop your career alongside respected child panel solicitors.


As a Childcare Solicitor, you will be working with parents and responsible for handling a caseload of:


- Child Contact Arrangements & Child Support

- Guardianship & Care/Placement proceedings


Requirements for this Childcare Solicitor position in Surrey include:


- Qualified Solicitor with 3 years of PQE

- Good experience in children law and related areas

- Willingness to be actively involved in marketing efforts


If you are not on the panel but are working towards it you will be supported with achieving Children Law Accreditation.
