Key Responsibilities:

As a Childcare Solicitor, you will handle public law children matters from pre-proceedings/PLO to care proceedings, including:

  1. Non-accidental injuries
  2. Rare medical conditions
  3. Sexual abuse
  4. Working with external experts

Requirements:
