Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Executive will play a key role in the execution and optimization of paid search and social media campaigns. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:
  • Develop, implement, and manage paid search and social media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet performance goals, focusing on metrics such as CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights.
  • Provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and performance trends.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other platform-specific dashboards.
  • Strategy Development:
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop comprehensive paid media strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
  • Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy by providing insights and recommendations based on campaign performance.
  • Client Communication:
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on campaign progress and results.
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad content.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
