Assistant Quantity Surveyor Location: Manningtree, Essex  Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £40 - £45k + £5k car allowance Sector: Construction / Refurbishment The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join an established commercial team. This role offers the opportunity to work on distinctive high end residential new build, supporting the delivery of schemes that demand precision, creativity, and a deep appreciation for quality building. You will work closely with senior members of the commercial team, assisting with all aspects of cost management and project administration throughout the project lifecycle.
