The Role:

As Finance Manager, you will oversee Financial Reporting, Business Planning, Performance Analysis, and Management/Investor Reporting.

Duties:

  • Establish structures for financial reporting and monthly managerial summaries.
  • Create investor dashboards and compile detailed reports for monthly and quarterly updates.
  • Aid in crafting business plans and projecting growth potential.
  • Ensure precision in financial statements and perform variance analysis.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking
  • Support creation of business plan models and forecasts for market launches
  • Develop business case models for pricing decisions and risk assessments
  • Prepare detailed fact sheets and assist in investor dashboard creation
  • Create frameworks for financial reporting and management presentations
  • Develop cost analysis frameworks to optimise business operations.

Requirements:

  • Previously worked as a Finance Manager, Finance Analyst or in a related role.
  • Possess 5-10 years of experience.
  • Professional Finance qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and evaluation concepts.
