About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Work closely with class teachers and SENCO to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Speech & Language difficulties. Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils access the curriculum and reach their full potential. Assist in creating an engaging, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
