Senior Events Executive (Outdoors)

Purpose of the Job:

The Senior Events Executive (Outdoors)will play a crucial role in planning and executing events to enhance customer experiences and support the organisation's mission of promoting outdoor activities. This position involves coordinating all administrative and logistical aspects of events, as well as supporting various marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Events Executive:

  • Coordinate with event organisers and landowners to manage all aspects of event logistics
  • Handle daily bookings, resolve payment issues, and generate booking reports
  • Assess event feasibility and ensure effective allocation of resources
  • Develop marketing materials for events in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the events team as needed
