Job Title:Divisional Enablement and Planning Lead Location:Glasgow (Hybrid) Contract:6-Month Initial Contract (Inside IR35) Sector:Financial ServicesOverview: We are partnering with a leading financial services client seeking a highly skilledDivisional Enablement and Planning Leadto join their team on a hybrid basis in Glasgow. This role will play a key part in defining divisional standards, driving strategic alignment, and delivering executive-level insights across multiple delivery fleets. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and storytelling skills with experience in strategy, enablement, or executive reporting within a complex, global environment.Key Responsibilities:Divisional Enablement & Standards Define and embed consistent standards for tooling, reporting, and delivery practices, including Jira workflows and backlog reporting dashboards.Act as the divisional lead for enablement tools and processes, ensuring they drive efficiency and insight across all fleets.Anticipate and proactively solve cross-fleet challenges, promoting alignment and continuous improvement.Synthesis & Storytelling Gather, analyse, and synthesise inputs from across fleets into cohesive, high-quality divisional reports.Develop compelling executive-level narratives and storylines for divisional reviews, internal business reviews, and leadership forums.Translate complex technical and delivery data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.Reporting & Leadership Insight Own the creation of divisional reporting packs and leadership presentations.Manage divisional-led reporting to ensure accuracy, clarity, and timeliness.Use data-driven storytelling to influence senior decision-making and strategic outcomes.Cross-Fleet Collaboration & Influence Partner with Fleet Enablement Leads to identify and manage divisional priorities, dependencies, and risks.Build trusted relationships with divisional leadership, providing proactive solutions and recommendations.Establish credibility through a combination of strategic insight, operational excellence, and strong execution.Skills & Experience Required: 710 years of experience in a Strategy, Executive Reporting, or Strategic Enablement role, ideally in a global environment.Consulting background (e.g., McKinsey, EY, Bain, Deloitte) desirable.Strong understanding of theFinancial Services industryandData Managementprinciples.Experience in programmes focused ontechnology risk, controls, or regulatory changepreferred.Proven ability to synthesise large, complex datasets into concise, high-quality executive deliverables.Exceptional communication, relationship management, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.Advanced skills inJiraand reporting or insight tools.Strong storytelling and presentation capabilities, with experience creating divisional or leadership-level narratives.Hands-on, proactive mindset with a focus on delivery and results.Familiarity withProject Management ,SDLC methodologies , and bothAgileandWaterfalloperating models.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment with a high degree of ambiguity.If you are an experienced strategic enablement professional who excels at driving clarity, alignment, and insight across large organisations, wed love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
