The business is looking for someone who comes with extensive knowledge within AP and is able to share this knowledge across the team. Ideally you will come with a background with in AP but most importantly will have experience within managing a team. In this role you will have 8 direct report so being able to prioratise your workloads and show support to your team is a must. Project Management and process improvement is a key responsibility in this role so experience in this area would be highly beneficial.

  • Management of the timely and accurate processing, authorisation and payment of all supplier invoices and employee expense claims
  • Supporting and managing the Accounts Payable Team
  • Process improvement of the accounts payable processes, such as consolidation of invoicing, supplier payment terms and the implementation of purchase ordering
  • Supporting and deputising for Transactional Finance Manager and cover for the other Team Leader
  • Project Management and process improvement is a key responsibility in this role
