This associate plays a critical role in identifying and executing on process improvement areas across the broader UK and HR team along with planning monitoring and coordinating logistics for a number of processes such as talent management and performance management activities.What youll doPartner with Talent and Performance Management Champions to execute the enterprise-wide annual talent and performance calendar of activitiesDevelop walk-around decks communications and training materials to be used in preparing managers and associates; may include facilitator or train the trainer sessionsBe a part of our Talent Development Team; engaging in shared problem solving connecting dots and contributing to the engagement of our broader HR teamCollaborate with HR Partners to design and deliver on key strategic projects in support of the overall organisational goals eg (Compensation Training and Communications)Facilitate sessions and/or provide notes as neededPrepare consolidated summaries for business leaders to describe outcomes of talent conversationsComplete promotion and compensation changes in WorkdayProvide reporting/analysis support to HRBPs for client groupsReview All Associate Survey data and partner with HRBPs to develop insights and summariesManage project workstreams and/or small-scale projects in support of team goals or business needsDesign and maintain HR calendar of activities and deliverables for clients and HRBPsProvide feedback to help drive continuous improvement of these programsEnsure alignment with other HRBP teams via connection to the EnterpriseWhat were looking forExposure to coordinating Talent & Performance management processes OR a similar experience in a different cyclical process for a line of businessAbility to manipulate data show insight provide recommendations and progress changeExcellent stakeholder engagement skills to enable you to lead complex change management projectsAn appreciation for user experience when creating content based on key personasConfidence navigating in a complex matrix organisation and able to partner and consult with a diverse mix of clients across the enterpriseYoull need to find the right balance between advising and doing and youll need an element of resilience and robustness to thriveSome travel required (mostly to the alternative office when required )Whats in it for youBring us all this - and youll be well rewarded with a role contributing to the roadmap of an organisation committed to transformationWe offer high performers strong and diverse career progression investing heavily in developing great people through our Capital One University training programmes (and appropriate external providers)Immediate access to our core benefits including pension scheme bonus generous holiday entitlement and private medical insurance with flexible benefits available including season-ticket loans cycle to work scheme and enhanced parental leaveOpen-plan workspaces and accessible facilities designed to inspire and support you.
