Quality Assurance Non-Conformance Manager

Henlow A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced or aspiring Non-Conformance Manager to join an established Quality team within the Force Protection Sector. This role offers the successful candidate excellent prospects and a diverse range of responsibilities covering the complete product lifecycle. You will play a pivotal role within the Quality team with the aim of maintaining and improving the non-conformance management system, working within the multi-functional team to reduce the non-conformance backlog, facilitate and lead quality investigations and champion quality improvement initiatives.This is an outstanding opportunity to network with and see a large variety of MBDA's functions and activities across all sites. The role will involve working on both national and multi-national projects, as well as with an established Quality network.Salary: Circa £50,000 depending on experienceDynamic (hybrid) working: 2/3 days per week on-site due to workload classificationSecurity Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship . Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.What we can offer you:
