KS1 Teacher responsibilities:
- Design and deliver stimulating and engaging lessons that inspire and challenge KS1 students
- Plan and organise schemes of work in line with the school's curriculum and national standards
- Assess and evaluate KS1 student progress using a range of formative and summative assessment strategies
- Provide regular feedback to KS1 students, parents and colleagues on student progress
- Create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers and other professionals
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences
- QTS, PGCE and strong academic record
- Creative, imaginative, determined, resourceful and adaptable practitioner
- Passionate about learning
- Able to demonstrate a track record of success within a KS1 environment
- Able to communicate your passion to children and parents
- Ability to demonstrate outstanding practice in the classroom
The salary for this KS1 Teacher position will be paid to scale on a permanent contract following the MPS/UPS pay scale.
