Job DescriptionOperations Director | Norwich | Permanent Full Time 37.5 | Salary £54k-£59k dependent upon experience; Benefits package |Spire Norwich Hospital is looking to recruit an Operations Director to join its Senior Management Team. You will provide inspirational professional leadership to all operational service areas, working closely with the Hospital Director, Director of Clinical Services and the Finance Director. Managing a large, multi-disciplinary team, the Operations Director is instrumental in delivering the Annual Operating Plan in line with the strategy for the Hospital.Spire Healthcare is a leading independent hospital group in the United Kingdom and the largest in terms of revenue. From 39 hospitals and 8 clinics across England, Wales and Scotland, Spire Healthcare provides diagnostics, inpatient, day case and outpatient care. Spire Norwich Hospital delivers high standards of care to our insured, self-pay and NHS patients. We offer in-patient / day case procedures including orthopaedics, gynaecology, ophthalmology, ear, nose and throat and general surgery and also diagnostic services including imaging and pathology.
