They are looking for a well presented leader with the desire to grow and continuously develop in the company, as well as having the commitment to provide their clients the exceptional level of customer service the company believe in.The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Lettings, either as an Assistant Lettings Manager looking for the next step up the career ladder, or an experienced Lettings Manager looking for a new challenge with a forward thinking company that can offer a competitive commission structure and great career development. You must have a strong track record in managing a team as you will be looking after a team of two, setting targets and helping with training and development. Outstanding customer service and attention to detail should come as second nature to you.You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car. Salary and benefits of the Lettings Manager role will include:

  • Basic £25,000 to £30,000

  • Confident communicator, listener and leader
  • Ambitious and target driven
