Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

Our client, based in Milton Keynes requires a ResidentialConveyancing Paralegal to join their small friendly team to provide quality and comprehensive conveyancing service. As part the team, you will be adaptable to the changing requirements of the role.
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare draft contract packages, all searches, exchange, and completion letters.
- To progress the administration of transactions proactively with all key stakeholders in the process.
- Keeping task reports up to date daily.
- To ensure that the case management system is kept in an orderly manner and up to date.
- Deal with client queries.
- Attend to any office administration requested such as dealing with post, filing, file closures and distributing faxes.
- Competently draft non-standard non-technical correspondence.
- Reviewing and dealing with additional enquiries.
Skills and qualifications:
- Prior conveyancing paralegal experience - 2 years required.
- Knowledge and experience of the entire conveyancing process (including post-completion).
