Our core business is Sales Installation & Maintenance of Air Compressors Compressed Air Equipment and Systems for the Compair Hydrovane & Champion brands.Focused primarily in and around the South East but sometimes travelling to other parts of the country our longstanding customers vary from workshops and garages to industrial and food production sites utilities and many other industrial and business segments.Job SummaryAs Service & Stores Coordinator you will be responsible for field service technician and parts resource scheduling and deployment activity as well as the associated end-to-end administration requirements.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the efficient work planning despatch and coordination of service engineers with the goal of maximising utilisation and billable hoursOwn the parts ordering & delivery processes for planned and emergency service visits whilst minimising local inventory holdingsEnsure service and contract administration activities are performed as requiredLiaise with external suppliers to ensure that the bought in parts and services are secured in a cost effective and timely mannerOpen service activities actively monitor Work in Progress and process through to final invoicing or appropriate closing stage in a timely mannerWork closely with Services Manager to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained and that any problematic issues are escalated and addressed in an effective and timely wayChecking in deliveriesPreparing parts for despatch to customers or allocating parts for engineersManaging and organising courier collections of ordersEnsuring stock levels are accurate at all timesBasic QualificationsProficient in Microsoft Office applications required Simpro knowledge advantageousExperience in a field service /coordination and inventory control role preferredCounter Balance FLT Licence preferredGCSE standard qualificationTravel & Work Arrangements/RequirementsSite based in CrawleyKey CompetenciesExcellent communication and customer relationship building skills are criticalFlexibility initiative willingness to drive change in process and systems essentialMust possess good written and numeric skillsSAP preferred but not essentialWhat we Offer25 days Holiday 8 Bank HolidaysHoliday Purchase Scheme additional 5 days annual leave5% Employee and 7% Employer Pension ContributionWestfield Health Cashback PlanDeath in Service Benefit of 4x salaryCycle Scheme (After probation period)Electric Car Scheme (After probation period)Employee Ownership Program - 10% of salary in equity shares after 1 year of employmentCostco Gold Company member with access for employees to joinEmployee Assistance ProgramEnhanced Maternity and Paternity PoliciesLinkedIn Learning full free accessO2 Reach#LI-MT1Required Experience:IC Key Skills Senior Care,Customer Service,Developmental Disabilities Experience,Computer Skills,Microsoft Outlook,Case Management,Computer Literacy,Dispatching,Home Care,Administrative Experience,Social Work,Word Processing Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
