As a Receptionist/Junior PA, you will be the first point of contact for clients and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the reception area and meeting rooms, for both external and internal purposes as well as assisting the wider legal team for administration purposes. 

Duties include:

  • Welcoming clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Providing refreshments. 
  • Meeting room set up and clearing for both internal and external meetings. Courier and taxi bookings.
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining the office calendar for all three offices, also online.
  • Post and DX both incoming and outgoing. 
  • Assisting with document preparation and file management.
  • Providing administrative support to the legal team. Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Performing other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the office.

 

  • 5 days per week, 9.00 - 18.00 office based. 
  • Ideally to start asap but will also consider short notice period.   
  • Excellent opportunity for Law Graduate looking for a springboard into the legal profession.
