Job Opportunity: Registered Service Manager Operations Location: Insert Location Full-time Permanent Reports To: Operations Manager No Sponsorship Available Enhanced DBS RequiredTasksLead manage and develop high-performing teams across one or multiple residential homes.Ensure services meet the Childrens Homes (England) Regulations 2015 Quality Standards and SCCIF framework.Promote a culture of safeguarding trauma-informed care and continuous improvement.Manage staffing rotas performance and training compliance.Oversee financial performance budgets and resource planning.RequirementsWhat Were Looking For Essential RequirementsQualificationsLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).Evidence of ongoing professional development.ExperiencePrior experience as an Assistant Manager in a large service or Registered Manager in a dual/multi-home setting.Proven background working with children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.Strong understanding of relevant regulations and frameworks (Childrens Homes Regs 2015 SCCIF).Experience working in emotionally challenging environments requiring resilience.Budget management and resource allocation experience.
