As a Strategy Manager youll play a key role in shaping the future of fashion e-commerce. Were looking for someone with experience in e-commerce fashion or retail who understands the commercial drivers customer behaviour and operational challenges that make these sectors unique.Youll lead and deliver end-to-end strategic projects collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious objectives. This could include owning go-to-market strategies for new propositions shaping pricing promotion and channel optimisation. Youll develop advanced analytics frameworks using SQL Power BI and other BI tools to uncover trends and inform decision-making while creating dashboards to track acquisition retention and lifetime value in real time.Youll get to work on some of the most challenging and creative problems in the business while supporting ASOS growth driving continuous improvement across products services and operations.Qualifications : About YouYoull bring a strong track record in strategy ideally gained in fast-paced complex environments with a focus on e-commerce fashion or retail. You combine analytical rigor with hands-on operational experience moving seamlessly from shaping big-picture plans to driving detailed execution.You thrive in ambiguity excel at breaking down complex problems and use data to create clarity and structure. Your ability to influence stakeholders and deliver actionable insights sets you apart.Youll also demonstrate:Ability to deliver complex cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levelsStrong data skills using insights to inform decisions and create compelling stories that drive actionConfidence with tools like Excel SQL and PowerBI and the ability to turn analysis into practical recommendationsExcellent communication skills tailoring messages to different audiences and driving decision-makingA proactive curious mindset with the ability to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced environmentWe believe being together in person helps us move faster connect more deeply and achieve more as a team.
