Our globally-recognised retail client is looking for an Assistant Business Partner to join their team in Havant. The purpose of the role is to assist in commercial reporting and analysis for digital channels within the business.ACCOUNTABILITIES: Key finance support across digital business channelsProvide commercial analysis to support stakeholders to drive performanceSupport Digital Senior Business Partner in budgeting and forecasting processWork closely with business customers to identify and address forecasting risks and opportunitiesTrack results of business trading decisions and prompt actionsSupport and enhance the design and preparation of stakeholder communicationsContribute towards continuous efforts to improve information integrity and consistencyProvide financial / system training to key stakeholdersWork collaboratively within finance and with key stakeholdersAd-hoc deliverables that support departmental or business objectivesKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Key skills and experience:AAT Qualified OR CIMA or ACCA part-qualifiedExperience working in an analytical roleTakes the initiative, acts with confidence & works under own directionAdapts to the team & builds team spiritWrites clearly, structured, logical and succinctly in an engaging & expressive mannerShares expertise & knowledge with othersAnalyses numerical data, verbal data & all other sources of informationIf this role is of interest, please apply or email (url removed) Venture Recruitment Partners (also trading as Chilworth Partnership Ltd) is a Recruitment Agency.
