Role and Responsibilities of the Business Analyst / Delivery Lead:
  • Have an excellent working knowledge of Agile delivery processes
  • Guide, motivate, and coach the team(s) in the regular, iterative delivery of features
  • Work closely with Project managers to identify and manage inter-dependencies
  • Maintain adherence to agile principles and processes
  • Facilitate communication in and out of the delivery team(s)
  • Takes ownership of your work, your skills, and your career progression
  • Be someone who enjoys a challenge and enjoys working on complex projects
  • Writing User Stories
  • Extensive experience with Agile techniques such as User Story Mapping, Continuous Integration, Pair Programming, TDD, and Automated Testing.
