They are now looking for a number of experienced Business Analysts, to start with the business from their Manchester offices ASAP This is a hybrid, contracted opportunity lasting around 12 months.

Duties:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to understand complex processes and document this in a clear and concise manner.
  • The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting and running workshops, gathering requirements, process mapping, user stories and the documentation of these.
  • Working with a range of stakeholders internally and across the business to define the requirements, processes, procedures, approvals, and pain points of existing processes.
  • Support the running of workshops to discuss the services, processes and gather and document requirements.
  • Produce project documentation for example Business Requirements documentation, flow diagrams, User Stories, etc.
  • Identify improvements and overlaps to streamline the catalogue and user experience.
  • Working with the internal teams to review solutions and to hand over requirement specifications.

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar
  • Must have a BA qualification, BCS or similar
  • Desirable: Industry experience within Telecoms, Media or Tech
  • Analytical and logical with an excellent work ethic

The Package:

  • A basic salary of between £50-60k pro-rata, based on eventual contract duration
