About the Role

The Strategic Customer Lead plays a critical role Cornerstone Sales & Commercial Team. The main purpose of the role is to establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across commercial Mobile Operations, including Networks, Planning, Business and Executive functions, to drive sustained revenue growth and secure mutually beneficial contracts for Cornerstone. The Strategic Customer Lead serves as our primary interface with the Mobile Operator accounts, taking full accountability for leading, shaping and expanding Cornerstone’s go-to-market approach in the UK Market. The role holder will be instrumental in driving business growth and maximizing opportunities within our industry partnerships and for accounts with a value of >£100m annual turnover.


Strategy - Lead the formulation of innovative business strategies within the existing frameworks of Mobile Network Operators. Support & work collaboratively with the CSCO to execute plans that drive strategic growth for Cornerstone, encompassing internal and external initiatives tailored to our account needs, both within and beyond designated accounts.


Account Management - Develop & manage relationships with new and existing business and executive customers. Collaborate closely with the Commercial, Delivery, and Marketing Teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of roles. Create and maintain the account development plan to drive expansion and growth of new business opportunities


New Business - Identify, deliver, and follow up on high-level opportunities and value-add workshops to align our value propositions and drive new business opportunities.


Leadership - Foster a coaching culture to cultivate a high-performance team, identifying and developing internal successors for critical roles. Demonstrate and exemplify exceptional stakeholder management skills, collaborating closely with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with all contractual commitments. Lead by example and actively contribute to our leadership team as we cultivate a culture centred on our values and commitment to inclusions.
