Are you a Commercial Disputes Lawyer aspiring to work on high-stakes company cases at a globally renowned practice.

This growing litigation-only firm are seeking a talented Associate to join their commercial disputes team based in London.

Your Profile

  • 1-6 years of post-admission disputes experience
  • Qualification in England & Wales
  • At least a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) from a top university
  • Experience at a top-tier law firm or chambers

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial disputes, ensuring each case progresses efficiently through to resolution.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide detailed analysis of complex legal issues, preparing memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing them with updates, advice, and strategic guidance tailored to their needs and objectives.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys and partners, contributing to case strategy and leveraging the collective expertise of the team.
