Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Employment and Civil Litigation Lawyer. The lawyer will be responsible for a range of tasks related to employment law and dispute resolution, including drafting commercial contracts, T&Cs and employment contracts. Dealing with commercial disputes and offering legal advice to a diverse range of clients. The role is based in London with flexible options for remote work.

Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of Employment Law
  • Experience in handling Employment Tribunal cases and resolving disputes
  • Working knowledge of the CPR
  • Able to manage County court claims independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Qualified and practicing solicitor or barriste
  • experience in health care is an advantage
