I'm currently working with a Local Authority in Kent who are looking for a Damp & Mould Surveyor to help with their residential stock.It's that time of year when damp cases are increasing and my client could do with an extra set of hands.This is a 6-month contract which is likely to be extended as most contractors who have worked there have experienced this.Your pay rate will be £35-40 an hour.If this interests you, or you know someone who might be a good fit – feel free to get in touch on (phone number removed).We would like to attract talent from all corners of the Property world for this role.
