Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with premium account holders, ensuring a superior client experience and personalized banking solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering financial guidance and tailored wealth management strategies aligned with clients' financial goals.
- Lead a team of relationship managers to enhance service delivery and optimize customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including investment, lending, and product teams, to provide holistic banking solutions.
- Identify opportunities for business growth through cross-selling and up-selling banking and financial products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
- Analyze client portfolios and market trends to proactively address client needs and enhance relationship value.
- Represent the bank at networking events, industry forums, and client engagements to strengthen market presence.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in relationship management, private banking, or wealth management, with a strong track record in handling premium retail accounts.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional qualification (CFA, CFP, or equivalent) is a plus.
- MUST hold CeMAP qualification
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and lending solutions tailored to affluent clients.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with a client-centric approach to relationship management.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing banking and wealth management services in the UK.
