Private Equity Funds Lawyer

Spanning across five continents, this leading law firm have more than 40 offices located in key capital cities and world commercial and financial centers. They are now seeking a talented Private Equity Funds Lawyer to join one of these offices based in London.
About the Global Funds team
- The fund formation Lawyers advise fund sponsors on all aspects of private equity and venture capital funds around the world.
- They work with clients to identify and implement the most appropriate structure for organizing their business and fund offerings.
- The global advisory team provides regulatory, global distribution, and investment management advice to startup and established fund sponsors across the entire private fund lifecycle. This is also including regulatory compliance, government enforcement, global distribution, trading, and the ongoing operations of funds and their sponsors.
The Role
- This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and hard working individual with a minimum of 3 years experience, looking to develop their career at a global firm.
- They will be working closely with a Partner in the asset management and investment funds team, who concentrates the practice on launching funds and investment platforms for clients that raise capital across a global, primarily institutional, investor base.
Skills Required
- A minimum of 3 years PE funds experience at a top City firm (or the London office of a top US firm);
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- An ability to get on with clients, colleagues and support staff;
- An excellent academic record;
- Be organised, responsible and able to work effectively in situations of high pressure.
