Team Leader – Early Operations

Location: Exeter

Shift Pattern: Saturdays Only, 2:00 AM - 10:00 AM

We're looking for a dynamic Team Leader who can drive performance, safety, and productivity while ensuring a seamless operation. You’ll be in charge of guiding a dedicated team, optimizing workflows, and maintaining exceptional service to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the early morning warehouse operations every Saturday (2:00 AM to 10:00 AM with a 30-minute break)
  • Manage team performance, ensuring tasks are reassigned as needed to meet objectives
  • Motivate and organize team members to maximize productivity
  • Collaborate with fellow Team Leaders and the management team to continuously improve processes
  • Complete daily reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure all services are delivered on time, meeting specified deadlines


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Previous warehouse and managerial experience is beneficial
  • Proficient in computer use, especially Excel
  • A natural leader with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve targets
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle challenging situations and work effectively under pressure
