Competitive salary up to £36,000 Funded Level 5 Leadership & Management Ongoing coaching, training and development Clear pathway towards becoming a Registered Manager NEST pension scheme What youll be doing Supporting the Registered Manager with day-to-day operations Leading the home confidently in their absence Offering guidance, direction and stability to the staff team Providing supervision and mentoring Taking part in on-call as required Completing key management tasks and contributing to high-quality care What were looking for At least 2 years experience in a childrens residential setting Strong understanding of EBD and complex behaviours NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Full UK driving licence A Deputy Manager or Senior RSW ready for their next challenge Youll be required to complete a company application form as part of the next stage. All appointments follow strict safer recruitment procedures, including references and an enhanced DBS.
