How you will succeed:

Showroom management requires the type of individual that can embrace the challenges and rewards of working within a retail environment and you will need to have the burning desire to succeed against our KPI’s and customer engagement targets but with an in-depth induction programme, training and development and excellent coaching and guidance from your Regional Manager, you will be supported all the way.

In order to provide the very best service to our customers we’d love to meet Showroom Managers, who appreciate that our customers are central to everything we do, who are able to lead by integrity and commitment and are prepared to get actively involved in the achievement of excellent customer service – if this sounds like you, then you may be the Showroom Manager we are looking for.

What it takes:

As a HammondsShowroom Manager, you will be creative, have excellent communication skills, great team leadership and the ability to identify opportunities to help inspire our customers to bring their storage space solutions to life.
