General Assistant

Key Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service to associates during meal service times.Serve food and beverages in line with set portion sizes and recipes.Ensure food display areas are clean presentable and well-stocked.Operate tills process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately.Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times.Assist with basic food prep restocking and cleaning tasks as required.Maintain knowledge of menu items allergens and daily specials.Support the back-of-house team during busy periods or as directed.Report any issues with equipment food quality or service to the Catering Supervisor.Qualifications : Skills and Experience:Previous experience in catering hospitality or customer service (preferred but not essential).Basic food hygiene knowledge .Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure during busy service times.Positive attitude punctual and reliable.Flexible to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as required.Additional Information : For almost 20 years for every client in every location (whether thats an office stadium cathedral or university) we have created beautiful spaces exciting menus and friendly teams so that each and every customer can have the hospitality experience they deserve.We need the brightest and the best to join us to make this all possible.
