Neighbourhood Manager – Part Time (17.5 hours per week) Location: Oxford Rate: £22.82 LTD per hour Contract: 4-week temporary assignment (covering whilst recruiting permanently) Start: ASAP Hours: 2.5 days per week (flexible – preferably not Fridays) I’m currently working on behalf of a leading housing association, who are seeking a Neighbourhood Manager to join their team on a short-term, part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a rewarding role that makes a real difference to residents and communities. You’ll be managing a customer patch of around 350 residents, carrying out estate inspections, completing home visits, and handling a range of tenancy management issues including safeguarding and ASB concerns. The ideal candidate will have previous housing management experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for improving the lives of residents. Key Responsibilities: Manage a patch of approximately 350 residents, ensuring high standards across all estates. Conduct regular estate and property inspections, addressing maintenance and safety concerns. Handle tenancy matters including noise complaints, neighbour disputes, and safeguarding cases. Build strong relationships with residents and provide tailored support to those most in need.
