As a Projects Coordinator / Contracts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting Contract Managers with various administrative and project-related tasks. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure the smooth execution of projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Contract Managers in the preparation and management of project documentation.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information.
- Maintain and update project records, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and distribute project reports and documentation.
- Support the team in ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role
