Position Overview:

We are seeking a Global Client Partner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in client management, P&L oversight, and portfolio management. The candidate must have a strong technical background, coupled with proven success in global client partnerships and account management within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the comprehensive management of global client partnership for our global client in the insurance domain
  2. Establish and nurture trusted relationships with executive and senior stakeholders in the client organization, typically at C-suite, C-1, and C-2 levels.
  3. Identify, develop, and create innovative solutions for new business opportunities.
  4. Oversee & ensure client success and successful realization of engagement outcomes through delivery of services and associated value-based differentiation
  5. Lead the portfolio to meet the defined quantitative (Financial and non-Financial) and qualitative KPIs while ensuring predictable and seamless service delivery in adherence to agreed compliance standards.
  6. Partner with domain and technology practices to drive go-to-market and provide differentiated solutions and capabilities in core and emerging areas.
  7. Lead as a Solutioning Champion in identified business domains, technology, engineering, and working methods relevant to the client's context, facilitating pre-sales and solutioning efforts within and beyond the portfolio.
  8. The candidate must have a strong background in software development to effectively understand and drive technical solutions for clients.
  9. The candidate must have proven experience in project delivery, ensuring that client projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to client expectations.
  10. The candidate must possess in-depth knowledge and experience in the insurance industry, enabling them to provide specialized insights and solutions.
  11. The candidate must have proven experience with global client partnerships across multiple international regions.
  12. The role would be based at the client location in the UK.


Qualifications:

  1. Over 20 years of IT/software/products delivery experience.
  2. 10+ years of experience as a Global Client Partnership role for Europe, ANZ, USA & APAC
  3. Strong experience of managing Insurance clients/customers is preferred.
  4. Must be a Engineering Graduate with MBA/MS
