Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Global Client Partner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in client management, P&L oversight, and portfolio management. The candidate must have a strong technical background, coupled with proven success in global client partnerships and account management within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the comprehensive management of global client partnership for our global client in the insurance domain
  • Establish and nurture trusted relationships with executive and senior stakeholders in the client organization, typically at C-suite, C-1, and C-2 levels.
  • Identify, develop, and create innovative solutions for new business opportunities.
  • Oversee & ensure client success and successful realization of engagement outcomes through delivery of services and associated value-based differentiation
  • Lead the portfolio to meet the defined quantitative (Financial and non-Financial) and qualitative KPIs while ensuring predictable and seamless service delivery in adherence to agreed compliance standards.
  • Partner with domain and technology practices to drive go-to-market and provide differentiated solutions and capabilities in core and emerging areas.
  • Lead as a Solutioning Champion in identified business domains, technology, engineering, and working methods relevant to the client's context, facilitating pre-sales and solutioning efforts within and beyond the portfolio.
  • The candidate must have a strong background in software development to effectively understand and drive technical solutions for clients.
  • The candidate must have proven experience in project delivery, ensuring that client projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to client expectations.
  • The candidate must possess in-depth knowledge and experience in the insurance industry, enabling them to provide specialized insights and solutions.
  • The candidate must have proven experience with global client partnerships across multiple international regions.
  • The role would be based at the client location in the UK.

Qualifications:

  • Over 20 years of IT/software/products delivery experience.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Global Client Partnership role for Europe, ANZ, USA & APAC
  • Strong experience of managing Insurance clients/customers is preferred.
  • Must be a Engineering Graduate with MBA/MS
