Allied Telesis is at the forefront of next-generation network solutions, transforming connectivity and enabling smarter systems for businesses and governments worldwide.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Internal Account Manager focused on New Business, based in Swindon with flexibility for remote work. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders. The role will also involve achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's growth initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesRe-engage dormant and lapsed accounts through strategic outreach and relationship-buildingIdentify and qualify new sales opportunities via outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-upDevelop and nurture relationships with distribution partners, resellers, and channel stakeholdersCollaborate with marketing to support campaigns and drive lead generationMaintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates and forecastsStay informed on product developments, competitor activity, and market trendsSupport the wider sales team with account intelligence and pre-sales coordination What You’ll BringProven experience in inside sales, ideally within IT, networking, or technology distributionStrong understanding of channel sales models and distribution ecosystemsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsA proactive, energetic approach to sales with a natural ability to build rapportComfortable making outbound calls and handling objections with confidenceHighly organised, self-motivated, and target-drivenSalary: £35-000 - £40,000 base DOE + £10,000 OTE Full-time | PermanentExcellent Career Prospects within the team and wider global business
