They are now looking for an experienced QHSE Manager to lead their quality, environment and health & safety functions and drive continuous improvement across their Cheltenham headquarter site. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a site-wide quality strategy, championing a 'right time first' culture and working cross-functionally with Production, Engineering and Supply Chain. Maintain and improve the QMS in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Lead on internal, external and customer audits. Oversee strong document control and compliance across processes. Monitor key quality metrics, lead root cause analyses and support the validation of new products and process changes. Oversee environmental, OH&S management systems and coordinate risk assessments. Promote Lean and Six Sigma methodology and lead on Kaizen events and cost of quality improvement projects.
