We are actively recruiting exceptional, caring individuals who want to join our team at Merceode Lodge, Marchwood, Southampton Oyster Care Homes are focused on making our homes not just luxury places for our residents to live, but also wonderful places for our team members to work. Your role will be based in Merceode Lodge which is well under construction and set to open in early December 2025 As a Care Assistant, you will be required to provide the best possible care and support (physically and emotionally) to our residents on a daily/nightly basis. Your responsibilities will include personal care, getting ready for the night ahead, assisting with meals (food and nutrition) and providing day to day social interaction which, is just as important as each individual's physical wellbeing. Being a Care Assistant is a busy role where our resident's needs will be your top priority. Key Responsibilities: -To understand and comply with all statutory and legal requirements which are relevant such as Health & Safety, COSHH, all aspects of the Health & Social Care Act, to maintain a safe environment throughout the home.
