  • Manage the claims process
  • Keep Applied fields all updated and correct
  • Negotiate claims settlements
  • Obtain claims spreadsheet from insurers
  • Provide quarterly updates for platinum clients from Applied spreadsheets
  • Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim
  • Work with insurers to analyse any claim trends
  • Build relationships with insurers and legal professionals
  • Manage the relationship with our clients
  • Look at ways that the firm can add value to the claims process to our clients
