This varied role serves as support for Infinigate partners and account managers with the administration of Juniper Networks channel processes, such as deal registration & support pricing submissions and progressing, quote escalations, lead management & progressing. This pivotal role acts as interface between Infinigate (Distributor), Juniper Networks (Vendor) and our partners (Customers).

Duties & Responsibilities

• To provide end to end management of all deal registration and price support requests.

• To report and progress on all outstanding deal registration and price support requests.

• To Ensure that the Infinigate CRM opportunities and quotations are updated with DRF reference numbers.

• To work with Juniper Product Management & Engineering to qualify and submit working Juniper solutions.

• Assist in the management of CRM and other internal sales tools to ensure that they are up to date and accurate.

• Work with Product Management to ensure that all Juniper opportunities are up to date.

• Work closely with purchasing and logistics departments to ensure the best possible customer and vendor experience.

• To assist Product Management with sales commercial acceleration days.

• Build relationships with key partners to understand their processes.

• To assist Infinigate AM’s & Partners with Juniper customer queries and help resolve any issues.

• Assist Infinigate AM’s and Partners with Juniper support & JTAC cases.

• Working with Juniper Channel Support to resolve partner VAR ID & portal access issues.

• Assisting Infinigate purchasing with DRF/pricing issues.

• Managing pre-order submissions with purchasing.

• Working with Infinigate operations teams on part code setups

Benefits

• Up to £28,000 salary per annum

• 25 days annual leave rising to 28 days with length of service plus bank holidays.
