Repairs CoordinatorFull TimeMonday to Friday9-5pm£25-£35k per annumWe are a highly experienced building contractor servicing the insurance repair industry. We are based in Stockport and mainly work within the North West. This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting the management of the construction work associated to an insurance claim. You would handle client claims from point of approval through to completion, providing a high level of customer service across multiple different communication platforms.Desired ExperienceExperience of the insurance/ building industry would be a distinct advantageExperience of managing direct labour teams would be preferredPlanning and budget controlEssential ExperienceAbility to prioritise and organise own workload to ensure that deadlines are adhered toAbility to work under pressure and without supervisionAbility to liaise with colleagues when appropriateAbility to develop and sustain relationships with both internal and external customersAbilities to construct effective written communications, including emails and reportsConfident and effective telephone skillsAdaptable to changeStrong relationship building skills and a professional and approachable mannerAbility to work towards Service Level Agreements with accuracy
