As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique AV needs, and ensuring the delivery of customized solutions. The day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts and quoting when needed, developing strategies to meet client objectives, coordinating with internal teams to execute projects, and identifying growth opportunities within the accounts. Additionally, you will ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing concerns efficiently.QualificationsAccount Management, Relationship Building, and Client Interaction skillsStrategic Planning and Problem-Solving skillsStrong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilitiesFamiliarity with AV solutions, including integration, projection mapping, digital signage, and audio systemsTime Management and Organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and projects effectivelyProficiency in using CRM software and other enterprise toolsAbility to work on-site in Widnes on a full-time basisPrior experience in AV solutions, technology, or a related field is a plusCome and Join a winning team with basic and a uncapped commission structure.
