One of the most exciting Product Leadership roles in London has just opened up ahead of Christmas They're now Europe's fastest growing health and life sciences scale up (FT, 2025). The business is PE Backed, well funded and closing another significant funding round before years end to fuel growth heading into 2026. (Strategic focus on scaling across the US)We're now hiring a hands on Head of Product to lead the team through the most exciting stage of this B2B2C business. You'll line manage 1 PM and 1 Product Designer whilst PMing your own squad, with a clear objective on scaling and leading the team into 2026. Your background:Clear, repeated background in building high quality, successful B2B/SaaS/B2B2C tech start ups.Highly experienced at working closely and directly with B2B customers and bridging the gap between sales and product Strong background of player coach scope in current and previous roles. You're in the weeds, PM'ing a team yourself whilst also coaching and developing othersClear success in hiring and scaling teams previously (product and design)Big plus if you also have a consumer web product management background with strong experience in optimizing booking flows.Big plus if you come from a strategy consulting backgroundTop Global University is highly sought afterLow ego individual is an absolute must We are looking for someone on an immediate basis, please apply todayThis role requires you to be in the office in Central London 3 days per week.
