Who We AreTickup is a mobile app that helps people discover and research stocks through swipe-based discovery, AI-powered insights, and a social investing community. Tickup incorporates edtech and fantasy stock picking competitions into the discovery process to facilitate discussion and support continued exploration. We are an early-stage startup based in London.RoleWe’re looking for a Head of Product to own the product vision, strategy, and execution for Tickup.You’ll lead our product from concept to scale driving the roadmap, shaping the user experience, and turning ideas into an intuitive, engaging, and high-impact investing platform.As the first senior product hire, you’ll work directly with the founders and play a defining role in shaping Tickup’s growth trajectory and company culture.What You’ll DoDefine and evolve Tickup’s product roadmap across discovery, engagement, retention, and monetization.Translate user needs and business goals into clear product requirements and high-quality features.Work closely with design, engineering, and growth to ship fast, learn faster, and refine the user experience.Lead research and experimentation to deeply understand how users learn, explore, and share investing ideas.Champion simplicity, delight, and clarity in every feature ensuring Tickup feels intuitive, playful, and smart.Build processes for ideation, prioritization, and feedback that scale as the team grows.Support marketing and distribution efforts through our socials (IG/TikTok: @hitraderjoe)What We're Looking ForProven product scaling experience in consumer mobile, ideally in fintech, edtech, or social apps.Entrepreneurial mindset and a relentless desire to build.Strong strategic and UX instincts, with a deep understanding of what makes products engaging and habit-forming.Comfortable jumping into Figma, running user tests, and writing product specs.Strongly passionate about investing and education.Why Join TickupBuild a category-defining product at the intersection of finance, education, and community.Work closely with founders who care deeply about Tickup’s mission.Shape the company from the ground up with your work and help define how the next generation learns and invests.Competitive salary plus equity is offered for this role.
