Eutopia Search is delighted to have been exclusively retained to partner with a leading business in Northants, which is seeking to recruit an FP&A Analyst amid a period of significant growth and exciting business change.


Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role offers a dynamic mix of business-as-usual tasks, ad hoc project work, and process improvement initiatives.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing, consolidating, and developing management reports, accounts, reporting packs, and debtor reports within established timelines.
  • Contributing to the enhancement of the working capital cycle by conducting detailed analysis to support efforts in maximizing cash flow and reducing overdue debt.
  • Supporting the budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes.
  • Taking ownership of data transformation to ensure proper delivery formats.
  • Leading the preparation of Board pack presentations.
  • Building strong relationships with head office, regional finance, operational, and commercial teams, and providing assistance with ad hoc reporting as required.
  • Proactively identifying and implementing value-adding opportunities, while staying up to date with the latest advancements in data management tools and optimizing technologies to enhance data processing efficiency.


This role is an excellent fit for an ambitious part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) looking for genuine career progression. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, including expertise in complex data manipulation, analysis, VBA, and Power Query.
