Regional Facilities Manager

£55k + Bonus + Package


Are you commercial and customer focused with experience of managing an investment and maintenance budget in a retail property management role?

With sites across the UK, this fast growing hospitality business is recognised for their professional operation and market leading service. Our client is looking for a Property Manager to join their fantastic team.


So what does this role involve?

As a Regional Facilities Manager you will be responsible for protecting and enhancing the Company’s property asset as well as delivering a successful investment programme in line with agreed targets. This is a field based role and you will need to have had exposure to overseeing a number of sites.


You will be expected to:

  • Proactively manage all repairs and maintenance through effective communication with the Property and Operations teams.
  • Plan and implement future investment opportunities where you identify potential opportunities for growth and change
  • Offering guidance and advice, you will influence business development whilst protecting the asset to maximise property value.
  • Manage supplier relationships and new relationships to ensure an effective, high level of customer service and value for money.
  • You will provide property expertise and advice to key stakeholders within the company through regular updates and reviews.
