We're looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join a dynamic People team at a fast-paced, forward-thinking company.In this role, you'll be at the heart of shaping competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs. From leading annual pay and bonus review to analysing gender pay gaps and managing global benchmarking surveys, your work will directly influence how they attract and retain top talent.What You'll Do:Lead annual pay and bonus review processes, including data modelling and budgeting reporting.Conduct gender pay gap analysis and submit data for global benchmarking surveys.Maintain and update global pay bands and benefits inventories.Support vendor negotiations and benefits implementation across regions.Administer employee recognition programs and collaborate with internal stakeholders.Build dashboards and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions.What We're Looking For:Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Excellent communication skills and a proactive, curious mindset.If you're ready to grow your career in a global role where your insights matter, we'd love to hear from you
