I am representing an award-winning IT MSP who is specialising in delivering IT support, cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace), network management, and cybersecurity services to businesses across the UK. They are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to join their growing team.Location:Vauxhall, London (UK) Full-time office You will be an escalation point for more complex incidents and requests, working closely with the 1st Line team and senior engineers to keep users productive and systems running smoothly. This is a hands-on technical position that also gives you the chance to shape processes, documentation, and service improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 2nd-line support for Windows 10/11 and some macOS usersResolve escalated tickets from 1st Line and own issues through to completionTroubleshoot and support networking (WiFi, LAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, WAPs)Manage Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administration, Azure AD, and related servicesDeploy software updates, patches, and new applicationsConfigure and troubleshoot network printers and peripheralsPerform data backups and restores when requiredMaintain accurate documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge baseCollaborate on recurring issue analysis and continual service improvementParticipate in IT projects and initiatives as neededWhat You BringAt least 2 years’ experience in a 2nd-line or similar IT support role (MSP background is a bonus but not essential)Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 10/11 and macOSIn-depth, hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Office 365 Admin Centre, Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, Intune/SharePoint)Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, WiFi, firewalls, switches)Familiarity with Google Workspace administrationPlease apply for this role with your most up to date and relevant CV.
